If we don’t enforce a part of these terms, it doesn’t mean we’ve waived our right to enforce it later. If any part of the terms becomes invalid, the rest still stands.

You may not transfer your account or rights under these terms without our permission. We may transfer ours if needed.

Electronic communications from us (like emails, receipts, or policy updates) count just like written notices. By using the site, you agree to receive these electronically.

If you submit feedback, ideas, or complaints – whether about the site, your experience, or anything else – you agree we can use them to improve our business. This includes publishing, adapting, or incorporating your suggestions without compensation.

When you book services through our scheduling system (powered by Phorest), you’ll have the option to create an account to view and manage appointments, update your info, and simplify rebooking.

It’s up to you to keep your login info safe. If something looks off, let us know ASAP – we can’t be responsible for unauthorized use.

We get it – life happens. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance at no charge by:› Tapping the link in your booking email or text confirmation

› Logging into your account at inspirehairco.com/booking & following the prompts to amend your appointment

› Contacting us via phone, email, DM, stopping by the salon – whatever works! (Note: We just ask that you hear back from someone directly to confirm.)

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice – or no-shows – will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. For example, if your appointment was $200, you’ll be charged $100.

This policy isn’t meant as a penalty – it helps us protect our team’s time and allow space for other clients who may be waiting. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our schedule.

For salon services, we always aim to set clear expectations during your consultation or at the start of your appointment – especially when it comes to maintaining the health of your hair. (Unfortunately, we can’t take you to icy platinum in one session after 10 years of black box dye.)If the final result doesn’t align with your expectations or what was discussed, please communicate with us. Let us know within 7 days so we can talk through it together and do what we can to make it right.

Retail products purchased in the salon may be returned within 14 days if unopened, unused, and accompanied by a receipt. Products must be in original condition and packaging. Returns without a receipt may be denied or issued as store credit at our discretion.

Stylists interested in purchasing professional products must first submit a license verification form.

Each application is carefully reviewed to maintain the integrity of our professional-only access. This means the timeframe between application to log in can take about 3–7 business days. This timeline may vary based on the information provided, the volume of new signups, and the availability of our (small but mighty) team.

Once your application is approved, you'll receive an email with your login credentials. We’ll reach out if we need anything else along the way, and we appreciate your patience as we get your account up and running.

As of May 30, 2025, shop access is limited to verified professionals. In the future, some products may open up to the public, while others remain stylist-only.

Trying to bypass verification or misuse access can lead to your account being permanently restricted.

It’s up to you to keep your login info safe. If something looks off, let us know ASAP so we can investigate and help anywhere possible. However, please note that we can’t be responsible for unauthorized use of your account.

Products, services, and pricing may change without notice. We do our best to keep everything accurate and current, but occasional errors may occur. If there’s a pricing or product detail issue, we’ll notify you and may cancel or adjust your order if needed.

Product availability isn’t guaranteed, and some items may sell out or be limited. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel suspicious orders, and update listings anytime.

If an issue comes up after your purchase, we’ll do our best to contact you quickly. If you’ve already been charged for something unavailable or incorrectly priced, you’ll get a full refund for that item.

Prices shown typically don’t include tax or shipping unless noted. Final totals with applicable fees will be shown at checkout. Promotions or sales may have specific terms or time limits.

We may cancel orders that seem fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of our terms.

If you’re picking up an order from our salon, you can do so between Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-7pm

Our salon is located at 1501 N University Ave, Suite #270, Little Rock, AR 72207.

Please have your order number printed, pulled up on your phone, or otherwise easily accessible. Collections may be refused if the order number cannot be verified.

We’ll hold your order for up to 30 days from the date of payment. After that, unclaimed orders may be cancelled or restocked.

All sales are final due to hygiene and safety standards unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can review and make it right.
• Unused items in original packaging may be eligible for a return within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
• Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected. We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet the criteria.

"Client Content" means anything shared with us by anyone – clients, stylists, models, visitors, or others – through submissions, messages, tags, reviews, DMs, texts, or any interaction. This includes images, videos, text, and more.

By sharing Client Content, you allow us to use it on our site, social platforms, and in promotional or educational materials, unless otherwise noted. This includes reposts, reshares, and edits.

Photos or videos taken in our salon may also be used for promotions, including featuring your look, unless you opt out in writing. If your image will be part of a broader campaign, we’ll ask for permission.

You confirm that anything you submit is yours to share and doesn’t break laws or infringe others’ rights. We reserve the right to edit, use, or remove content as needed.

By submitting, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use, display, adapt, or distribute your content. You still own your content – this just gives us permission to share it. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Inspire is under no obligation to pay compensation (monetarily, provision of services or products, or otherwise) in exchange for distributing Client Content. You're responsible for any risks of sharing it publicly.

We may update the site, services, or these terms from time to time. It’s on you to stay informed. Using the site after updates means you’re good with the changes.

You may not:

• Use the site for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Try to access accounts or areas you shouldn’t
• Copy, resell, or misuse site content without written permission
• Share or repurpose any content without approval

Unless noted otherwise, Inspire Hair Co. and its licensors own all intellectual property on the site – logos, images, content, branding, educational resources, and more.

You can’t reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or profit from any part of our content without our written okay. Site content isn’t for resale.

We expect visitors to respect others’ rights too. If you think your copyrighted work was misused, contact us with:

• A signature (digital or physical)
• A description of the copyrighted work
• Info on where to find the content in question
• Your contact details
• A good-faith statement that it’s unauthorized use
• A statement confirming accuracy and authority to report

We may remove infringing content or suspend users who repeatedly violate IP rights.

We’ve designed our policies to protect both you and our team, while keeping things fair and respectful. Creating a smooth and reliable experience for everyone who visits or shops with us is our ultimate priority.

To the extent allowed by law, Inspire Hair Co. and our team, partners, or affiliates aren’t liable for indirect damages, lost data, or lost revenue. If we’re found responsible, total liability is capped at what you’ve paid us in the last 6 months.

If your actions cause legal or financial issues for us – like breaking these terms or violating someone’s rights – you agree to cover our related costs, damages, and legal fees.

We can suspend or end your account or access if we believe you’ve violated these terms. You can also close your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas, which shall have proper jurisdiction and venue.
