I bought my first salon in July 2019 at just 26 years old. At the time, I was renting a booth when the opportunity came up, and I took the leap.

What followed was anything but easy and within my first month, a burst pipe flooded the space. Shortly after, a team walkout and the COVID shutdowns left me starting over from scratch. When most people might have quit, I chose to rebuild.

In May 2020, I reopened the salon alone, determined to create something bigger than myself. Piece by piece, I built a new team, grew a loyal clientele, and laid the foundation for what is now, Inspire Hair Co. The challenges didn’t stop there. In 2023, a tornado forced us to relocate for six months. Instead of letting that setback define us, we came back stronger, returning to our original space in August of that year with a clear vision: to not only be a salon, but to build an entire brand around luxury extensions, education, and empowerment for hairstylists.

Then, in April 2025, I faced another unexpected challenge when I had to undergo spine surgery. Stepping away from behind the chair was difficult, but it reinforced the bigger picture: Inspire Hair Co. has always been about more than just me. The vision remains the same, to build a brand that inspires confidence, creates opportunity, and sets a new standard for what a salon and hair extension company can be.

Today, Inspire Hair Co. stands as more than just a place to get your hair done, it’s a community, a brand, and proof of what’s possible when you refuse to give up.
