Whether you’re shopping with us in the salon or through our online store as a licensed stylist, we care about making sure you receive exactly what you need. While all of our products are selected with quality and performance in mind, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

To keep things clear and fair, we’ve outlined separate return policies depending on where and how your purchase was made. If you ever have questions about eligibility, we’re always happy to assist.

For In-Salon Purchases

Retail products purchased in person at Inspire Hair Co. may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date if they meet the following criteria:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • You have a receipt or proof of purchase

We are unable to accept returns on any products that have been opened or used.

If you're unsure about a product before purchasing, our team is happy to help you choose the right fit.

For Online Orders

Our online store is exclusively for licensed professionals. Products purchased online may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is provided

Hair Extension Shade Exchanges

If your shade isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day exchange window for eligible hair extensions. To qualify for a shade swap, the hair must be:

  • In its original, sealed packaging
  • Completely unused and unworn

Return Shipping & Address

Unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If your return qualifies for a prepaid label, we will email it to you.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund or store credit based on the original payment method and return eligibility.
